TL;DR
If orders stop appearing automatically, open Settings → Webshop and use Reinstall webhooks. Orderpiqer registers WooCommerce webhooks for order and product events.
When to reinstall
- Shop health banner shows webhook issues on the dashboard home page.
- New WooCommerce orders do not appear in Orderpiqer without a manual sync.
- You changed your store URL or moved to a new domain.
- WooCommerce security plugins blocked webhook delivery.
Steps
- Sign in to Orderpiqer and select the shop.
- Go to Settings → Webshop.
- Click Reinstall webhooks (or use the banner action on the home page).
- Wait for confirmation — usually under one minute.
- Place a test order in WooCommerce and confirm it appears in Orders within a few minutes.
Verify it worked
- Settings → Webshop shows webhooks as active.
- The shop health banner on the home page clears after refresh.
- A new test order appears without running manual sync.
Troubleshooting
- Still failing: Check WooCommerce REST API credentials in webshop settings → Test connection.
- 401/403 on webhooks: Regenerate API keys in WooCommerce with Read/Write permission and update credentials in Orderpiqer.
- Firewall blocking: Allow outbound HTTPS from your store to Orderpiqer webhook URLs.
