OrdersTroubleshoot WooCommerce order sync

TL;DR

Check installation finished, verify Woo REST API credentials, reinstall webhooks, then trigger a manual order sync from shop settings.

Prerequisites

  • WooCommerce store already connected (see Connect WooCommerce).
  • Admin access to Orderpiqer and WooCommerce.

Steps

1. Confirm installation completed

On Add shop or shop settings, status should not show failed or stuck “installing”. If stuck > 30 minutes, contact support with shop name and store URL.

2. Test the connection

  1. Go to Settings → Webshop (or integration settings for your store).
  2. Use Test connection if available.
  3. If the test fails, update credentials (guided reconnect or new API keys).

3. Reinstall webhooks

WooCommerce sends order updates via webhooks. If orders stopped updating:

  1. Open shop / integration settings.
  2. Run Reinstall webhooks (or contact support to run reinstall from admin tools).
  3. Place a test order in Woo and wait 1–2 minutes.

4. Manual order sync

If historical orders are missing:

  1. From shop settings, trigger Sync orders (if exposed in UI) or ask support to run sync for your shop.
  2. Large catalogs may take time — check progress in the UI or wait for completion email if configured.

5. Check WooCommerce order status

Orderpiqer syncs configured order statuses. Confirm the missing orders use statuses included in your Orderpiqer order filter settings.

Verify it worked

  • New Woo test order appears in Orders within a few minutes.
  • Order totals, line items, and customer data match WooCommerce admin.
