TL;DR
Use Pick & Pack to walk through orders item by item, confirm picks at product locations, and mark orders complete. Start a session from the dashboard home or Pick & Pack in the sidebar.
Prerequisites
- WooCommerce store connected and orders synced.
- Products imported (for product names, SKUs, and images).
- Product locations assigned (recommended for faster picking).
Steps
1. Start a Pick & Pack session
- From the dashboard home, click Start Pick & Pack, or open Pick & Pack in the sidebar.
- Choose how many orders to include (based on your workflow settings).
- Orderpiqer creates a session with a list of orders and line items to pick.
2. Pick items
- Follow the pick list — items show product name, SKU, quantity, and location when configured.
- Scan barcodes or tap items to mark them picked.
- If an item cannot be found, check Products and Product locations before skipping.
3. Complete orders
- When all items for an order are picked, complete the order in the session.
- If SendCloud or MyParcel is connected, you can create shipping labels from the order detail page after picking.
- Finish the session when all orders are processed.
Verify it worked
- Pick & Pack session shows as completed.
- Order pick status updates in the Orders list.
- Onboarding checklist step Complete a Pick & Pack session is marked done.
Troubleshooting
- Product not in pick list: Run product sync from Settings → Webshop.
- Wrong location: Update locations under Product locations.
- Cannot start session: Ensure there are unpicked orders in Processing or your configured pick statuses.
