- WooCommerce store connected in Orderpiqer.
- Orders synced with valid shipping addresses.
SendCloud
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Open SendCloud.
- Enable the integration and enter your Public key and Secret key from the SendCloud dashboard.
- Save — Orderpiqer verifies credentials before storing them.
- On an order, open the shipping section and choose a SendCloud method to create a label.
MyParcel
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Open MyParcel.
- Enable the integration and enter your API key from MyParcel.
- Save and test by creating a label on a test order.
Verify it worked
- Integration status shows Connected or Configured on the integrations page.
- Creating a label on an order returns a PDF or opens the label without API errors.
- Onboarding checklist optional step Connect a shipping carrier is complete.
Troubleshooting
- Invalid credentials: Regenerate keys in SendCloud/MyParcel and update in Orderpiqer.
- No shipping methods: Confirm carrier contracts are active in the provider dashboard.
- Label fails for one order: Check shipping address, weight, and country; review shipping rules in Settings → Shipping rules.
